Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms under which AIPoster processes refunds and cancellations for subscriptions purchased through the Service. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this Policy. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

1. Free Plan

The AIPoster Free Plan carries no charges and requires no payment information. There is nothing to refund on the Free Plan. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the billing section of your account settings. The following applies upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You will not be charged again after that date;
  • You retain full access to paid features until your billing period expires;
  • At the end of the billing period, your account will revert to the Free Plan. Your data, posts, and brand profiles will be retained but access to paid features will cease;
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Please review Section 3 for refund eligibility.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • 7-day refund window: If you subscribed to a paid plan or upgraded your subscription for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial charge. This applies to the first payment for a given subscription level only;
  • Pro-rated refunds for annual plans: If you cancel an annual subscription after the 7-day refund window, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of your annual term, calculated from the date your cancellation request is received. Pro-rated refunds are provided at our reasonable discretion and are not guaranteed after the 7-day window;
  • Service unavailability: If the Service experiences significant downtime or material failures attributable to us during your subscription period, you may contact us to request a partial credit or refund for the affected period. We will assess such requests on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds after the billing date. We encourage you to cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue your subscription.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • AI generation credits or post generation quota that has already been consumed during your billing period;
  • Charges for subscription periods that have already elapsed (except as provided in Section 3);
  • Any fees charged in connection with plan upgrades where the upgraded features have been actively used for more than 7 days;
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at airrakeshkumarsharma@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following information:

  • The email address associated with your AIPoster account;
  • The date and amount of the charge you wish to dispute;
  • Your Razorpay payment ID or order ID (if available);
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate our decision within 7 business days of receiving all required information.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay, our payment gateway, and credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times are as follows:

  • Credit/debit cards:5 to 7 business days from the date of refund approval, subject to your card issuer’s processing timelines;
  • UPI and net banking: 3 to 5 business days from the date of refund approval;
  • Razorpay wallet: Typically within 1 business day.

AIPoster is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment networks, or Razorpay’s own processing timelines. If your refund has not been credited within 10 business days of approval, please contact us and we will follow up with Razorpay on your behalf.

7. Razorpay Payment Processing

All payments on AIPoster are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Razorpay’s terms of service and privacy policy govern their handling of your payment information. AIPoster does not store your card details or bank account credentials.

For payment disputes that cannot be resolved through this Policy, you may contact Razorpay directly at razorpay.com/support.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Policy to this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We will endeavour to notify existing subscribers of material changes via email. Any subscription charges incurred before the effective date of a policy change will be governed by the Policy in effect at the time of that charge.
